Damon Platt

Dawn Santee

Dawn was hired to complete her CADD internship and assist in various other duties.  Her diligence and enthusiasm to learn were factors that led Allied to add her to the team and offer in-house training for CADD.

Dawn is a part of the project from beginning to end.  Her duties are setting up project folders, production of CAD documents and interface coordination with client’s production personnel.

Leslie Hanna

Leslie brings over 15 years of business management related experience with her to Allied Engineering.  Leslie started as a part time employee doing mainly receptionist duties and soon was promoted to full-time Office Manager.  She is a self starter and has proven success in managing her responsibilities to completion.

Her focus at Allied is monthly Projections, Payroll, Banking, 401K fund choices and Investments, Profit Sharing, Project Coordination and Scheduling, setting up the yearly Budget,  Invoicing, Accounting, Binding and Coordinating the various company’s insurances, assists in Tax Planning and payments, , and she is also involved with the Principals in Project Administration, Marketing, and Human Resources.

Leslie has been with Allied since conception and has played a significant role with the company’s growth and success.

David Woolman

Dave started his path to engineering, working various construction jobs after high school.  He enjoys the challenges of making systems work together and fit in the allowable spaces. Upon earning his BS in engineer, designing mechanical systems and coordinating the mechanical systems with other trades. It was a natural step to evolve into project management integrating all MEP systems with structure and architectural systems.

Dave has proven success engineering and managing mechanical and project design teams for a variety of project types including Tulsa Public schools, medical facilities, casino’s, and military projects.

His success can be attributed to extensive experience installing the types of systems that he now designs. Further success is attributed to his continuing education and applications in project management by the Project Management Institute.
